Care Community Ministry

Care Communities provide wrap around prayerful and practical support for foster, adoptive, or kinship families.

There are a number of roles available for volunteers of a Care Community:
1. Family Helper - meals / housework / laundry / yard work / homework (supervised time with the children)
2. Child Mentor - childcare / transportation if needed (one on one time with the children)
3. Interim/Respite/Overnight Caregiver - short term overnight stay
4. Team Leader - weekly communication with the supported family and coordinates the Care Community volunteer team
5. Prayer Supporter - provides ongoing prayer and encouragement to the family
